Ever felt like you were in the blues and needed a quite place to go think (and maybe drink) ? Well thatʻs what I had in mind when I drew this piece "Thru the blues". I was feeling a little down and I decided that I would drop everything that day and just draw because it would make me feel better. Drawing has always been a way for me to sort through my feelings. When I am in an uninterrupted flow state, I can process my emotions better and well, get thru the blues. I decided to draw what I would imagine being a perfect place to do this: an empty surf side bar at night, with no one around expect the jungle and the waves.
